HOW TO USE

• Apply sunblock generously to all exposed areas of the skin at least 15 minutes before sun
exposure.
•Reapply sunblock every two hours or more frequently if swimming, sweating, or towel drying.

• Use protective clothing, such as hats, sunglasses, and long-sleeved shirts, when possible.
• Find shade during peak sun hours, typically from 10 am to 4 pm.
